“Let’s open the gift,” Helena announced as they reached where everyone was sitting.
“You okay? We can go if you wish to,” Tyler asked, her looking just as concerned as he was when he left the room.
“I’m fine. It would be rude to leave now,” Tulip said, only loud enough for Tyler to hear.
“They will understand,” Tyler said as he caressed her cheek.
“I want to stay,” Tulip smiled a little and saw Tyler sigh.
“Fine. After this I’ll drop you home I don’t want my father anywhere near you,” Tyler said, still angry. His relation with his father was that good, she noticed. Tulip nodded at his words.
