Marshall you know my take on that it will only distractions and unnecessary entanglement.

And you know how I feel about you Marshall countered trying his cutest smile at his newest employee.

Tiana looked on worried at this point she had heard stories from friends on how one gets sacked if you don't oblige your boss but Marshall would never do such a thing. He was her friend first before being her boss.

Marshall sighed sensing the direction of her mind. He held her face up to meet his eyes it's okay really am not gonna force you. I merely wanted to eat out with a friend nothing deep also I understand your reservation and the reason for the rejection.

Right she replied with a wide smile and gently closed the door with a click.

Once he was sure she was out of earshot he cursed himself and tapped his chest repeatedly for almost exposing him. He had backpeddeled quickly but he was sick and tired of pretending she was just a friend. Accepted they were friends initially and he had respected and admired her so much for her diligence and hard work towards her work and to think he doubted her abilities during the interview.

Then there have been a click along the line. While he had been working late one night at the office and thinking he was alone he had stepped out to order Chinese to find tiana typing furiously into her computer. They had shared the food amidst protest from her but he had insisted. He found something irresistible in the way she tucked her bright red hair behind her ear or how her whole face lights up when smiling and how animated she looks while discussing her interests.

Normally cute red heads were not his type but she was one hell of a red head and a great girl. From that day forward he had thought of her daily but she saw him as a friend and a boss that sucks.

Couldn't she see how much he cared for her he hadn't felt this overpowering emotions for anyone since forever. He will wait for her no matter how long it took one day they will have a date with all the proms and prims like a couple. Tiana hadn't got a prayer when it comes to him and his heart.

He had to tell Venice he had found the love of his life excited to share the news he dialed his number but it went to the answering machine ugggh he never picked his calls. He will call at home then.
