Chapter 61 Simon's POV We were almost there; I knew where we would camp out until sunrise. I paid the rogues off to not bother us, but I knew them well enough that they would, no matter how much money you give them. That's how dirty and nasty they are. They will be on your side for a few minutes, then turn against you the next. They don't take baths, and they love to take women and then kill them; just my type of guys. So, I paid some of them to help out. They will be the first to go into the kingdom to make a ruckus, scare a few people, and maybe even hurt a few pups. I didn't care what they did; I wanted to see how tightly the kingdom is protected. I need to know these things before I go in there. I will scope it out tonight to see if I need the rogues.
