I really hope she understands about what's going to happen, we just had our first kiss yesterday, Now we are going on our first date tonight, I wasn't going to take her out to a fancy restaurant, i was going to take her to my place where I sit and think about things, I told her to wear something comfortable, nothing fancy, I was already waiting for her to come down stairs, i wanted her to see the stairs on how I see them, When she came downstairs, she was breathtaking, she was wearing blue jean shorts, a blue top to match her shorts, she was wearing sandals to show off her painted toes, Her hair was braided to the side, she wore little makeup, she looked beautiful, And I told her that as well, We got into the car than drove off, i had to be careful with the telescope in the trunk, yeah, I have telescope, i like looking at the stars when I need to think, it helps a lot, We drove all the up the mountain,

"You're not taking me up here to just shove me off to my death, are you?” i knew it was a joke, but what she didn't know, A few years back, i killed a few rogues up here, I was up here thinking about her, I wanted to tell her everything when rogues found me than attacked, I fault them off, but at the end i shoved them off this very same mountain, I had no choice, i will tell her about it some other time,

“I would never do that. If you were a rogue and decided to attack, then yeah, I would, but you're not a rogue. You're my mate, so no need to worry, you know what? i have never brought anyone up here before, Your the first person that i have brought here, come on lets get out, i’ll show you what i do when i come up here by myself, stopping the car, We both got out, I headed to my trunk to pull the telescope out,

"What are we going to do with that? Are we going to be looking at other packs?” You know, I never thought about doing that, but im not a peeping tom, and i don’t spy on other packs, I decided to tell her what we were doing on our date,

“This place is where I come when I'm having a bad day, I come here to think, and look at the stars, you want to see?” She nodded yes, putting the telescope together, then placed it where i wanted it,

‘Come over here and take a peak,”

Penny pov

To be honest, I was a little scared on this date I never been his high before, i looked over the edge and i felt like i was going to get sick so i stepped back a few steps, i do not like heights, at all, He was putting the telescope together, its strange, i never thought of him the type to look at stars, i forget what you call people that does this for a living, an astronomer or something like that, He asked if I wanted to see, I nodded, I was still wondering what they would look like besides bright little lights up in the sky, He asked me to come over to him,so I did, He set it up so i could look through it,

‘All you have to do is look through it, if it's blurry, let me know and i will fix it for you,” So I leaned up to look through it, at first i had to adjust my eyes than it was better, I saw the stars more brightly now, they were beautiful,

‘If you look over there, you will see the little dipper and over there is the big dipper, And you see the large white half thing over there, that's the moon in about two weeks there will be a full moon, it's when you can see it at its fullest, wow, he was really into this, it’s better than going to bars and then hooking up with women, I often wondered where he would go at night than he wouldn’t come back until late at night, it only happened a few times, but now i know why, this was amazing, i could be up here all night just watching the stars and how they would sometimes twinkle, i felt him close to me now so I looked up at him,

“You want to take a look?” He nodded as he pulled it to him. He started looking through it, and then he calmly said,

“You know, I came up here last year to think about things, I wanted so bad to tell you what was going on, I just couldn't stay away from you anymore, I was going to tell you everything, But rogues found me up here there was only two of them, but we fault I tossed them off the mountain, its the only thing i could think of to get rid of them, But now you know everything, And i still can't stay away from you, If you remember, when you was out in the garden, I came to help just be near you, Your scent would drive me crazy, I think its the reason i decided not to wear the scent spray the other day, i was so sick of hiding it, I wanted you as mine, and now that you know, what do you think of me now,” I didn’t know what to think to be honest, i felt drawn to him every time he was near me, Apart of me is happy that he finally came clean, the other half is still pissed off, But that half will be okay one day, but for now, im enjoying what we are doing, So i told him, what I was thinking,

You know, everytime we are near each other I felt some kind of want a connection, with you,Now i know what it was, a part of me is still pissed at you for hiding your scent, but the other half is also happy to know we are mates, when we get married, we will see where things go from here,” I reached forward kissing his cheek, he looked up from the telescope to smile at me,

“Come on, I bet you're hungry, I have a few sandwiches in the car, and something to drink. It's not much, but at least it's something right.”

“You know what? It's the little things that count,
