'' Do not get involved, let them settle this as men,'' Maria said to me, but I refused to acknowledge the fact that I should just sit back and allow my father to kill my husband.
'' I can not sit back and watch him do this to my husband,'' I yelled as I tried to stop Micheal as he gave Damien another punch which sent him to the floor this time.
I screamed at the top of my lungs but it did nothing to stop Micheal, who was currently on a bloody rampage.
Micheal pounded on top of him, punching him after punch, and Damien did nothing to defend himself from Micheal's wrath, it was like Damien was ready to die, because the look of surrender was still in his eyes.
