I stared at Eric. I could not believe his expressions. What could he have seen that had put him in so much shock? My mind wandered far.
“Did you see anyone?” I managed to ask, hoping he would be fine but he wasn’t. His eyes widened in shock like there was something scary about my question. Then, he began to move backwards, say from me.
“What is the matter? Talk to me” I tried to move to him but he continued trying to keep his distance away from me for reasons I had no idea of.
I sighed as I forcefully closed the gap between us and raised his head.
“Do you remember seeing anyone? Did you see anyone?” I questioned again, this time looking deep into his eyes. I could see fear in his eyes.
He looked scared like he would be in trouble if he gets caught.
