The Book

909 Words
It was friday and Blake hadn't been able to get Abby's attention. He was panicking already and missed her so much but she seemed unfazed by the situation. Fiona had been trying to seduce him for the past days but always ended getting embarrassed or on the floor. Blake was on a foul mood and it was because Abby wasn't near him. She had changed classes and was no longer with him. Blake was frustrated, all he wanted was Abby back. Abby had been restless these days too. She always felt like she was being followed or watched and it made her feel uncomfortable. She had been sleeping too little and the need of Blake was getting her even more weak. She had also been secretly sneaking to the library searching for clues about her powers but wasn't able to find anything. Today was their last day of classes before summer and she needed a book to help her guess what were her powers and how to control them. They were going wild due to all her mood swings and it wasn't doing any good to her. Abby was at the library when Blake approached her. She tried to get away but he trapped her between one of the shelves and his body. He looked into her eyes pleading for her to hear him out. At first she was reluctant but finally gave in and well she was sure he wasn't going to let her go anywhere without hearing him out first. Blake's POV I finally got Abby to hear my side of the story. I hope she believes me. We walk out of the library and I take her to my car. We sit in silence for a while then I start the engine and drive away. Fifteen minutes later we arrive at my house. I feel sweaty and nervous but I don't let it show. I walk with Abby following behind making some turns till we reach the library. I open the door and invite her in while Abby stares amazed at the room. "I know it's incredible", I whisper walking behind her then hugging her. She stands still not sure if to push me away or let me have my way. She decides to struggle but I don't budge. I turn her to face me and as she was about to argue I crash my lips with hers. Soon we're both kissing each other hard and getting deeper into the kiss. Abby's POV Blake kisses me and I lose control over myself. I can feel his scent all over the room and it just gets me even more dazed. I kiss him back just as hard and we battle getting deeper and deeper into the kiss. Blake's hands travel down my curves as he cups my ass and lifts me up. I wrap my legs around his waste and kiss him all over. My breathing has become fast and ragged and so has his. I can smell the arousal of both of us mixed and it's intoxicating me. I can't get enough of Blake. I kiss Blake's neck and lick where his mark should be suddenly feeling the urge to mark him. I look up into Blake's eyes and he nods giving me permission to mark him. My canines elongate and as I'm about to mark him a knock on the door interrupts us. I roll my eyes and groan as i climb of Blake. He seems just as pissed of as me. One of the omegas come in and announce that someone is looking for Blake. Blake walks out to see who is looking for him while I stay back checking out the books. Suddenly I see a book at the top of one of the shelves that catches my eye. I grab a ladder and climb for it. Magically the book I have been looking for appears Infront of my eyes. I grab it and climb down immediately. Blake returns looking bothered but as he sees me his expression changes to a lovely one. Blake finally explains to Abby what happened the other day. Abby believes what he said because she touched him and had this flash back of the occurrence of that day. She sees that he wasn't lying but she gets scared of the flash back she just had and pulls her hand away from his arm making Blake worry. He asks what happened but she just shrugged it of saying she thought he had a cockroach on his arm. He doesn't think too much about it and changes their conversation. Abby wants to borrow the book she found but isn't sure of how to ask for it. She doesn't trust Blake enough to tell him her reasons for wanting that book so bad. She decides it's best to take the book without him noticing so she sends him to the kitchen for some snacks while she stashed the book in her backpack. He returns with their snacks but Abby got up and said she must leave. She seemed a little nervous but Blake thinks it's due to the heated kiss they had earlier. Blake drives Abby back home then returns to his house feeling content. Abby runs to her room, opens the book and immediately digs in to read. She feels a presence near her again but by now she has gotten used to it so it doesn't bother her anymore.
