The sound of moaning is coming from inside the room.Scarlet narrowed her eyes in annoyance when she heard this sound at the front of the door.As she opens the door and enters,she sees a naked girl is pinned on the bed by Liam.He’s currently busy having sex.Scarlet rushes up to him and throws him away with one hand.

He hits the wall and and falls down.At the same time,the girls limp body fell into a corner of the bed.Liam stood up grabbing a peice of clothin a moment and tries to cool his gaze.

“Liam ! How many times have I told you not to bring human beings inside the palace ? Did you forget your brother’s prohibition?”

“Your son has not been in Russia for two months,top of that I’m not afraid of him.”

“Speak with respect! He’s only your brother but also the Alpha of The Volkov’s.”

“Does he deserve to be an Alpha ? How does someone like him who doesn’t even care about The Volkov’s have the ability to be an Alpha ? And please keep these mottos of yours for your beloved son!”

“How dare you talk to me like that ! Don’t forget that I’m your mother !”

“I’m not forgetting your position. You’re Scarlet Volkov . The Queen and also the mother of our respected Alpha.”

“Death was better than seeing my own child so degraded. Leave this girl alone . From next time choose any werewolf if you’re dying to met you needs inside the palace.”

“Leave me alone . What I’m today is because of you .You gave me this violent life.”

Scarlet couldn’t say anything . She looked at the boy who looked exactly like her with fair skin and red hair.Although he looks like her , his habits and attitudes are completely different from her.She left the room without saying anything.

Liam was lying in his bed.He opened his eyes as soon as his mother left.After staring blankly for a while he turned around and looked at the unconscious girl.In his vision there was no sympathy.

Jecinthe woke up as the sunlight fell on her eyes.Even though it was difficult but she managed to open her eyes.She feels like being in the darkness for a long time.For how long she was asleep?Jecinthe forget the question while sitting up .Her whole body is throbbing with pain.A painful moan comes out of her throat,

“Ahh!”

She was surprised looking at her hands.They were wrapped in white bandage.Jecinthe looked at white maxi dress she was wearing in shock . She calmed herself and looked around in surprise. A huge unfamiliar room with a bed,mirror,antique cabinet and a huge bookshelf.

There were also a set of wooden chin and table by the side of the huge custom shaped window.She took a good look around the room in the candle light.

“I was senseless for a long time . But where am I now?”

Think about how she got here,remembered that night.

“If you want to kill me,do it now ! Otherwise you’ll regret it later.”

“I’m not killing you now that doesn’t mean I won’t kill you in future.Your death is written my hands .You’re my prey don’t forget that . If you try to trick me ,I will tear your such beautiful body into pieces and distribute them among the wolve .”

Ethan looked into her eyes and again says ,

“Witnessing today’s full moon , I promise to you I’ll make your life more painful than hell .Just as you did mine . I’ll not kill you without seeing fear of death in the eyes that do not have fear death today .”

He struck her on the neck and embraces unconscious Jecinthe in his arms .The light of the full moon fell on Jecinthe’s face .This is the first time Ethan kept his prey alive .

Silence all around . Jecinthe can hear her the sound of her own breathing . She groaned in pain while pulling of the cloak .

“ Now it’s the perfect time for me to run away .” She thought . There’s a huge balcony next to the room . She walks slowly to the balcony . Going a little further she discovers herself staying in the top most room of a palace .

Nothing can be seen in this barren forest except this palace . It’s snowing outside . Everything is covered in snow . Jecinthe leans forward to see if someone is down there . Seeing no one she stood up straight and senses someone is right behind her . She took a small breath and immediately turned around to strike the person but Ethan had already put both of Jecinthe’s hands behind her waist .

His hard chest was pressed against her little frame . They were so close that Jecinthe can feel his breath on her neck .

“Let me go!” She screamed .

He smiled in return. Jecinthe dragged her eyes across his figure . His deep blue eyes were relaxed, they were staring into hers .A distinct scent filled her nostrils . Bergamot orange with a hint of peppermint. The same scent from that night .

“Not that easily” he whispered letting her heart beat faster than ever . No men came this close to her before . She tried pushing him again but failed .

“Don’t fight me Jeci ! As an alternative I’ll push you down,” he warned her.
