C H A S T I T Y Year 2010 18 years old The food was shocking. It was amazing, as if it was melting inside my mouth. Holy cow. Delicious. Truffle fries paired with a Wagyu Beef Burger was a gastronomic pleasure. It had a creamy truffle aioli on top and was undoubtedly prepared with Wagyu beef. My tongue and the inside of my mouth were being tickled by a rich, savory pleasure that was rich and satisfying to the palette.
