C H A S T I T Y Year 2010 18 years old ‘Massive rain, powerful gusts, the potential for floods, and landslides have all been brought on by a massive storm that has slammed New York City and the surrounding suburbs. Everyone must be extremely vigilant. In addition to causing extensive power outages, the storm also flooded streets and roads and caused damage to a few automobiles and structures. There have been several aircraft cancellations from LaGuardia and JFK Airports, severely disrupting local transit. Until the storm passes, authorities are advising people to stay indoors and refrain from making needless travel.
