It was a bit gloomy and rainy today that often cast a damper on the city’s entire atmosphere. It always had a reputation for being a bit of a downer city, which I have been used to. The weather in this part of the city has usually been dreary, which made the city seem like a grim and depressing place all the time, and how it has always impacted the mood and behavior of its inhabitants.
