RAVEN: The stranger reaches out, placing his hands on my shoulders. The warmth of his touch snaps me back to reality, pulling me out of the spiral of the assault. "Hey," he says in his deep voice. "I—I’m fine," I stammer, my heart still drumming a frantic rhythm against my ribs. I take a shaky breath, smoothing down my green dress and preparing to leave. "Thank you. For that. I should go." I start to turn, but he speaks, keeping me in place. "I'm Bruno," he says. I stop, turning back to glare at him, my defenses flaring up. I want to see if he's like the rest.
