KAYLEE Taking a day off work was the wisest decision I had made today. At least, I thought so before I spent hours scrubbing and cleaning every inch of the apartment, as though I was expecting a visit from a health inspector. Letting out a strained huff, I pushed my couch back into its original position in my living room and then flopped my body over its back dramatically, as though all the strength had just been drained out of me.
