Monday…
The story had hit the media on Monday morning as Olivia got ready for her first session with Doctor Ann Wilson. The media caught the fat fish and spilled its guts; starting with a recap of the terror Tim Hale had left in his destructive wake until her discharge from hospital on Wednesday. With the enormous photo of her frowning face on the cover, it impressed her they still found space for the actual article.
The therapy session had gone exactly as she thought it would–fucking terrible.
The dark amber liquid spilled over the rim of the glass as she poured it passed the level of propriety. She walked back into the living room and fell back into the one-seater, taking a gulp as she went down.
