After being completely teased by Aiden like that, we both kept quiet. I couldn’t think how to be arrogant to him after that. I needed a recovery time. As said, Aiden did fix me tacos to eat and I was happy to eat the tangy sauces. My cravings were finally satisfied.
We also took a stop to have a full-fledged French dinner in a restaurant. Aiden was shocked to see me eat that much but he didn’t comment.
As we sat to eat, I realised Samantha wasn’t with us. I hadn’t seen her since yesterday and I had no idea where she had gone. I wanted to ask but since I wasn’t on talking terms… I meant the recovery zone with Aiden, I was going to learn about it later.
