We had just returned from dinner and Emerald just pushed me out of the elevator to get her a subway.
Didn’t she know we had food delivery apps or did she want me to be one of them?!
I went outside and saw Robert had finished parking the car and was coming out of the car. Patrick was waiting for him a little away. Robert reached for Patrick and they turned to walk when they saw me.
“Why are you back? Forgot anything?” Patrick asked and I huffed.
“Yes, my wife’s sub,” I grumbled and walked to the car. Robert took the sign and unlocked the car. I sat in the back and they both settled in quickly and Robert started the car.
