“Miles, you stupid. You really cracked out hard over there!” I taunted him and he scoffed. Miles and I came out to do a few things.
When I had gone to inform Emerald about me having to leave for some work, I saw her having a tense conversation with Miranda. I actually wanted to give her a scarf because it was quite cold but looking at that atmosphere, I let them have their time.
I called Emerald but she wouldn’t pick up either. I ended up asking Miles to drop a message to Miranda, just in case, after dropping a message to Emerald.
There surely was something that Emerald was bothered with. I have a hunch but I need time to let go of my insecurities and go ahead with it.
