I was still in shock and in the confession zone. Miles gasped and Miranda was jumping in happiness. I had a pale face but I just couldn’t control it. I was right there, feeling everything just blur out next to me.
“Your wife is something else,” Miles commented and I just nodded. He had a shocked face, too, but he was having controlled expressions. He knew why I was reacting like this.
“Aiden, calm down. Think through before you react to this.” Miles expressed and I nodded. I needed to sort this out before anything.
