This morning, my brothers, Austin and Adam, and myself, rode into work with my father. After my dad settled Adam in with the corporate lawyers, he took Austin and me to his office. We were standing in his office when he decided to give us the usual lecture.
“Both of you know that the positions you will have at this company are the most important anyone can have here. You will be the face of this company,” my father said.
“Dad, we know. You drill that into our heads every hour,” Austin replied.
“Austin, I’m serious. I won’t lie; these positions are stressful. I need you to understand how important they are,” he said.
