The doctor was attending to her, while she was outside praying as she gazed up, she saw John and Annie walking out of he doctors office, I knew she came for a check up or antenatal, she wanted to storm at him but Victoria stopped me and told me to calm down.
“Well-done John” Mirabel said her voice trembling
“What are you doing here?” He asked
Mirabel glared at him for a while without a response but then the doctor came out and told her that her daughter’s condition is now stable
“What is wrong?” he asked again
“Nina is sick” Victoria said
Annie chuckled “You cant even take care of your own daughter? Now I see.. i think John has every reasons to take that child away from you” she said
