At the manor I saw a messenger outside. I received an invitation from Lord Theodor for his upcoming wedding. Before our visiting to his wedding my dad prepares a dinner party.
During our dinner party Maxwell family came to our manor. I knew it Lord Edward is my soon to be husband. While eating Lord Edward sat in front of me. They discussed our upcoming wedding to be held on summer.
“Lord Charles this is my only son Edward your future son in law” Lord Eduardo said.
“It seems like father like son. Nice to meet you” Lord Charles said Father of Lady Ellery
“Nice to meet you Lord Charles” Lord Edward said
“You are so handsome” Lady Tremaine said mother of Lady Ellery
“Thank you Lady Tremaine” Lord Edward grabs her right hand and he kissed her hand a sign of respect.
“Good evening Lady Ellery”

My parents announced I am now betrothed and Lord Edward is my fiancé. I had no choice but to accept it. It’s our family tradition. It was the first law of Aristocracy.
Lord Edward and I dance together. I had no feelings for him I know even him. He looks into my eyes while smiling. After the engagement party. I went on my chamber and I wrote a letter I sent it to Lord Theodor I shared to him I’m now a betrothed.
