Going Home

    She is so beautiful. I scoop my tiny mate up in my arms and walk back to her house. Luckily, the doors are unlocked. Although, I will be having a chat with her about that. I laid her down on her tiny mattress and try to come up with a new plan. 

    Slade starts chiming in immediately. "We have to take mate home soon. The pack will have felt us marking their Luna. They will want to meet her right away."

    "I know but I don't want to overwhelm her either. She has a life here that I am going to have to rip her away from. Did you see how well that garden is cared for? Plus, look at all of these amazing dried herbs. She will have to start her garden completely over once we move her to the pack house."

    "I bet Astrid will love to set up a new garden. She seems to be very invested in it. She may be able to do some good with growing vegetables and things. The thing we need to worry about is Sedrick. How is he going to take all of this? I thought he would have mind linked us by now." Slade had a point. Why wasn't my brother trying to get in touch with us. He would have felt our mate the second our teeth entered her skin. 

    "Slade, try to get in though with Blaze. What is going on over there?" 

    "I am on it."

    I will not tolerate Sed being mean to Astrid. If it comes to it, I will leave the pack for her. I don't want to leave my twin and family alone but I will. Astrid means the world to me. She is my other half and I can't wait to start our family with her. I am hoping that I managed to get a pup into her today. 

    "Seb, Sedrick has cut everyone off after you marked Astrid. I can't even hear what his thoughts are anymore. I am glad that you claimed our mate but I fear what Sed is doing now." Blaze has cut Sedrick off before but I didn't know it was possible for us to cut our wolf off. This is not good. I need to get Astrid back to the pack house as soon as I can. She could sleep for a few days since I marked her. I am not sure how long it takes humans to recover from being marked. The weaker omegas can take two days to wake up. 

    "Blaze, Slade, I am going to put Astrid in the car and head back home. I know she may be upset with me that I just took her like this but I need to know that she is safe.  I don't know what Sed is planning on doing so we need to get to our territory now."

"Heard"

    I think I will mind link the entire pack and tell them that I am bringing their Luna home. They will be excited to hear that I found her but more importantly they will protect her at all costs. I don't think Sed would actually attack us but I don't know what kind of state his mind is in currently. 

    I looked over at my beautiful sleeping mate and packed her a bag. I put three outfits in a bag and her personal items. Then I went through her house and picked any photos or keepsakes I think that she would want right away. Now, what about these herbs. Maybe I could find a box somewhere. 

    After, going to the gas station and taking some of their recycling boxes I went back to Astrids house and started packing the herbs up. Luckily, I have the front boot and the trunk of my car to fill. I managed to get all of them and some of her books packed up. 

    "Astrid, honey, you need to wake up. I am going to pick you up and put you in my car. We need to get back to our territory and to our pack soon. They need to meet their Luna and I need to know that you are safe." With that, I picked her up and put her in my front seat with her purse. Then I took her keys and locked up her home. I hope that she won't hate me for this but I have to do it. 

    We made it to the border safely and were followed back to the pack house by an escort of wolves. They were my top trained soldiers. Sedrick ran the pack house and the financials but I trained the soldiers and made sure security was up to par. My soldiers were some of the best trained wolves around. I know that They will protect Astrid at all costs. 

    My mother and father met us at the front of the house. Before I could even get Astrids door open my mom was telling me how beautiful she is. They are going to love her and I know that Astrid will love having parents around again. They helped me get all of her belongings up to my room and get her settled in. Then, I had Dr. Marshall come and take a look at her. 

    "Dr. Marshall, come in. I marked and mated my Luna and she has been out ever since. She is human so I just want you to check her over."

    "Of course, Alpha. I would be happy to take a look at the Luna. Could you all step out so I can do an examination?" Once, everyone left the doctor took Astrid's vitals and everything seemed fine. "I think she may just be sleeping for a few days. She has a lot to accept and changes happening in her body. She will be fine, Alpha."

    "Thank you doctor, I appreciate you coming to look at her." As the doctor was leaving, I felt a great deal of relief knowing that she was okay. Now I just need to find my i***t brother. I still don't know how we are going to handle that situation but we will figure it out. He has to come around to her or at least treat her nicely. Maybe we will be the Alpha twins that have separate mates. This could be the end of the twin blood line ruling together in centuries. I am strangely okay with that. It will give me more time to be with my tiny family.
