Chapter 1: Meet up (?)

The day starts when the sun is shining brightly in the blue sky, no rain cloud in sight, birds singing such happily songs as our main character just woke up. Let's meet her, shall we?

"It's a new day, a new life there's nothing to ruin it." Lillian spoke while stretching and looking out the window.

She smiled as she got out of the bed and wore her slippers grabbing her phone on the bedside table, turning it on and scrolling through the notifications. Her legs carried her to the kitchen and made her morning coffee as she sat on the chair taking sips.

After a while (it was now 5:29 am) Lillian received a call from her best friend Riza as she quickly pressed the answer button.

Riza: "hey girl, I'm about to go there are you ready?" Riza asked in an excited tone while getting her purse and car keys as she was about to leave her apartment complex.

Lillian: "... ready for what exactly? I don't remember planning something in this day." She answered while looking at the calendar on the wall.

Riza: "girl! It's Wednesday" she answered and closed the door, walking down the stairs

Lillian: "and? I don't get it there's literally nothing planned." She stood up and put the empty mug on the sink as she went to the fridge to check on what to cook.

Riza: "oh my f*****g god! The meet up! It's today and you asked me to help you put on your make up!"

Lillian: "wait, I thought it was on Friday? Never mind I'll shut up and shower!" she said in a panicked tone and rushed to take a shower and prepare.

Meanwhile:

Riza sighed and went to the parking lot and went to her car and unlocked it, she opened the driver seat and threw her phone in,

"Lillian, is really a...how do I say this...forgetful idiot." Riza grumbled and started to drive out of the parking lot and went to the mall to buy a few things including food as well since she knows Lillian well.

She probably still hasn't had breakfast and just showered, panicking putting on her make up even though she doesn't know how to and choosing her clothes to wear. Riza smiled and chuckled "truly an idiot."

As Riza was waiting for the food to cook she felt her phone ring, she grabbed her phone and looked at her phone to see who was texting so quickly, she let out a chuckle as she saw that it was just Lilian panicking why she wasn't there yet and she responded.

✨Lillian✨: " Girl! where are you!!!"

💖Riza💖: "Relax girl, there's still time you know."

✨Lillian✨: "No, I can't relax! There's still like a few hours before we meet up!"

💖Riza💖: "your panicking, okay?....just relax.I'm sure your date can understand."

✨Lillian✨: "I'm heading out! I'm sorry but I don't want to make him wait! "

Panic sets in as Riza read Lillian's text and quickly texted back as fast as she could knowing Lillian, she'd rush it and just quickly look both ways and drive recklessly, with all her panic overwhelming her she kept texting Lillian but to no avail she just left the food in the restaurant as she went in the car to drive to Lillian's apartment

"{{Lillian's pov}}"

When I woke up this morning, I thought it was a good day but...nope.... I just remembered that I have a meet up or date with a guy I've been texting for a while know.

I thought the it would still be next week but thanks to Riza's good memory she helped me remember. So, I just quickly showered (shaved my legs and ehem too) I picked a good outfit which was pretty cute too it matches my esthetic, I looked at the clock on the wall too see the time and was that I was incredibly late.

I just texted Riza that I was leaving and put my phone on my purse...as I wished I picked something bigger that could fit a lot of things but can't pick right know so I just grabbed the nearest that could just fit my phone and lipstick.

I threw my purse in my car hearing all the vibrations and calls, I know its Riza but I can't do much since I'm late, I quickly started my car and drove out of the parking lot.

After a while of driving, I can't help but become more anxious I picked up my speed which was the wrong idea just moments when I picked up the speed, my car went to the side as I felt the side door near me bend and the glass breaking, before I knew it I was flew out of my car, my back hitting a metal fence I felt it stab through me, the pain was excruciating, I can't think straight my body was going limp and I was feeling cold I saw my blood on the floor be for me as my head droop down.

"It hurts.... help...please.... I don't want to...die...I'm scared please... mom...dad...Riza...any...one..."

I felt my vision turn black as the surrounding noise started to disappear.... more like changing into a more...muffled like I was under water...I can't breathe....im drowning.

After what felt like an eternity, I felt something warm grip my waist and pulling me out of the water.

Cold...but...warm at the same time...? I coughed out the water that I accidentally drank and I slowly opened my eyes it was blurry, I saw a tall woman...with red sharp eyes, hair dark violet similar to the color of a raven her voice deep and husky with her tone sharp, but there was a hint of gentleness to it.

"Lady...my lady..."

That was all I could hear before passing out.
