THE LYCANS
Nobody is certain where they came from. The history books foretold of a pact that was made between the Moon Goddess and the first Vampire King. It is believed that the Lycans were created to guard and protect the royal families of the Vampire nation and they were equipped to do just that.
These wolves are huge. Much larger than your average werewolf, They life longer as well. At least twice the size and packed with pure muscle. Lycans are the superior species to Werewolves and can tolerate poisons that would normally kill a werewolf but not immortal like the vampires they protect. The biggest threat is silver. But that is made up by the fact that they are natural fighting machines. Mates, once found, are for life. When mates bond, the female transition into a Lycan.
