Lexie: Oh my god.
Me: Why?
Lexie: View Marco's story on insta!
My brows furrowed and immediately opened my insta then looked at Marco's story.
My mouth dropped.
What?!
On the picture, there was Marco smiling at the camera while MIKA was kissing his cheek and looking at the camera too.
Me: What the hell is that?
Is it true?
Lexie: Of course! I saw Mika's post on insta too! You should check it out as well. They looked so sweet!
So I stalked Mika's account.
They have a picture on a bar. Both of them were sitting on a couch, Mika was smiling at the picture while Marco was whispering something on her, there's a smirk on his face.
Me: Ugh. Cross out his
name on my list.
Lexie: Kay 99 na tayo?
I deeply frowned and lie down on my bed.
What will I do? I thought I will be sucessful on Marco now but it wasn't.
Me: Fine. Let's move on
to the 99th
Me: Who is it?
Lexie: Wait, I'll check first.
I am not keeping my crush list. Lexie was.
As I was waiting for Lexie's reply, I just review my notes. Hindi ko alam baka bukas ay may surprise quiz kami. Mahirap na.
Pero hindi pa ako nakakabasa ng kahit limang salita ay tumunog na agad ang phone ko.
I sighed and checked on it.
Lexie: Yohan is next. The

Me: Full name?
Lexie: Yohan Cuengco
Me: What's his insta?
Lexie: YohCue
I immediately stalked him on insta and saw his posts there.
Hmm.
I looked at his other post there.
He looked so hot.. a bit?
Basta okay na siya.
Lexie: Gwapo diba?
Me: Okay lang. Hindi na
masama para maging crush
Lexie: Ang arte mo. Akin na
lang kaya?
Umirap ako.
Me: As if naman papayag 'yon.
Lugi naman masiyado siya
Lexie: Napakasama mong babae ka.
Kaya wala kang nagiging boyfriend ni isa sa mga crush mo eh
Tumawa ako sa reply niya.
Eh totoo naman kasi talaga ang sinasabi ko. Lugi sa kanya si Yohan.
Kung sa akin, lugi naman ako.
Hindi naman ganoong ka-gwapo si Yohan. Sakto lang.
Pero! 'Yung kay Marco talaga. Sa lahat ng babae sa school, bakit si Mika pa? Ang pangit-pangit naman no'n. 'Di hamak na sobrang angat ako kapag pinagkumpara sa kanya.
I washed my face with my hands and just continued reviewing my notes for tommorow.
I smiled inside my mind when I saw Yohan stepped out of their car in front of the school gate.
Kalalabas ko lang din sa kotse namin.
Bakit parang mas gwapo pa si Yohan in person kaysa sa picture? Kasi sa nakikita ko ngayon, ang gwapo niya sa suot niyang black jacket. Ang puting polo niya ay nasa loob noon at pinaresan niya ng dark blue slacks na uniform ng school.
I cleared my throat. Sinabayan ko siyang maglakad. His headphones are on his ears. I just acted like I didn't walked with him intentionally. I acted like I didn't notice him.
I saw on my peripheral vision that Yohan glanced at me but then looked away and focused himself on his way. I bit my lip and lowered my walk a bit to stare even just for his side profile.
His jaw was well-defined, has a color of skin like a milk, some strands of hair were highlighted with a bit of color of brown, his nose was very pointed, has a cat eyes, long straight lashes and a red small lips.
I swallowed hard and shook my head.
I didn't expected that I just described every details of his face!
What the hell?
Napatingin ako sa lalaking lumagpas sa akin mula sa likod.
I saw Greige na kapapasok lang din.
His bag were hanging on his other shoulder, like he was lazy to carry it.
His still damp hair had no gel. Some strands of it were blocking his small forehead. A glasses was hanging on his polo's pocket.
I got distracted when he stopped beside me kaya't napatigil din ako sa paglalakad.
I looked back on Yohan and bruh, nawala na siya.
I shut my eyes and sighed.
Greige was looking at me with brows furrowed.
"What are you looking at?" I asked. Kind a pissed off because I got out of the hold on Yohan.
"No. What are you staring at?" pagbabalik niya ng tanong sa akin at tumingin sa katawan niya.
"What are you saying?"
He laughed but that just had no humor. "Nevermind. Maybe you just like me," then he shrugged and walked away.
My lips parted. "What the hell?"
I am not staring at him! I just looked at his hair and glasses! What's wrong with him?!
I groaned and just walked to our classroom.
He did ruined my day quickly.
Pagkapasok ko ay nakita ko si Bella na papasalubong sa akin.
I looked down on her short skirt. I shot up my brow.
I blocked her way before crossing my arms in front of her.
She stopped walking and looked at me.
"Uhm. Excuse me—" I cut her off.
"Your skirt is too short. Pull it down," her brows arched and lips parted.
"What?"
"Are you dumb? I said pull down your skirt because it's too short and it does not look good on you," I frankly said.
She looked offended with what I said.
"But.. your skirt is too short either—" I shut my eyes.
"It does look good at me this way, Bella. Short skirt for you looks like a slutty-b*tch," her eyes widened.
"And you think you don't look like that?" napalingon kami sa nag-salita.
I rolled my eyes. "Here's Bella's savior-wanna-be again. How sweet," I sarcastically said before rolling my eyes on them again and sat on my seat.
I texted Lexie and Reine to go to school now.
Why are they late? They are supposed to be here now before me.
Kung kailan kailangan ko ng kausal tsaka naman sila late? Oh goodness these girls.
"Hey," liningon ko si Greige.
My eyes went down on his hand where my hanky was placed there.
I looked back to him. "Why does my hanky on you?" tanong ko at kinuha mula sa kanya an panyo.
"It fell on the ground a while ago downstairs."
"Okay. I don't need any explanations anymore. Get lost," I said and turned my back against him.
"Thank you?" he said.
"Shut up. Get lost. Just flirt with your Bella," I said and just busied myself on my phone.
I heard him chuckled and walked away.
"Genieva!" si Lexie at umupo sa tabi ko.
I flipped my hair and rolled my eyes on them. "Why does the two of you were late? Nauna pa ako."
"I still reviewed my notes this earlier because I fell asleep last night," sagot ni Lexie at inilabas ang phone niya.
"I woke up a little bit late. That's why," then Reine shrugged her shoulders and sat behind us.
"Do you think we have a surprise quiz today?" tanong ni Lexie.
"I don't know. It was a surprise, why would we know," pilosopong sagot ni Reine. I chuckled and bit my thumb as I was scrolling through my feed on f*******:.
"You did believe that Mika and Marco are in a relationship?" Lexie asked. I turned to her with brows furrowed.
"What do you mean?"
"Someone told me that Mika and Marco was just joking about the status thing. They were just friends."
Umismid ako. "I don't care anymore about Marco. He's alreay crossed out on my list. Only Yohan and the 100th guy are where I was focused," sagot ko at ni-unfriend si Marco.
"Sayang naman 'yung 98 na lalaking naging crush mo dito sa school. Try mo baka meron ulit available sa kanila," natawa ako sa sinabi ni Lexie.
"Ayaw niya na nga diba, Lexie," singit ni Reine, ngayon lang ata nagre-review.
"You don't know. Genieva might change her mind. Malay mo magustuhan niya ulit 'yung mga naging crush niya dati!" sambit ni Lexie.
I chuckled and shook my head. "I will never like them anymore. Liking them once is already enough for me, Lexie."
"Ewan ko sa'yo, Genieva. I'll try to do anything para mapansin ako ni Marco. I'm starting to like Marco anyway," I playfully glared at her.
"I have changed my mind. I like Marco again."
"Hindi na pwede. Akin na si Marco," pagtataray ni Lexie at umirap sa akin.
"Tumigil na nga kayo. Ang ingay niyo," biglang sabi ni Reine sa likod namin.
We were a bit shocked with Reine's sudden reaction. Para bigla siyang naging masungit.
"O..kay? Chill," si Lexie at sumulyap sa akin.
Reine never have that reaction. Ever. Kahit maingay kami ay tahimik lang talaga siya.
Pero ngayon? Whuut?
My blood boiled when I can still hear Bella's giggles.
I turned to her and saw Bella laughing with Greige again.
I rolled my eyes.
I was TRYING to focus on the questions on my book but they are DISTRACTING me.
Our teacher was not here right now so they can laugh too loud like that.
"Can you two shut up? Both of you are too loud. Can't you see? I can't focus on the activity in my book!" I yelled at them and looked at my book again.
Lexie and Reine was just here with me, not distracted at all.
But I am.
"It's not that you'll get a high-score anyway," narinig ko sabi ni Greige na sadyang napalingon muling ako sa kanila.
"What did you just say?" napatingin ang mga kaklase namin sa aming dalawa. I stood up.
Some already took us a photo or a video. I turned to them.
"Genieva, calm down," si Reine at hinila ako pa-upo pero nanatili akong nakatayo.
"Don't shoot a video. Just shoot yourself," I told them and sat back to my seat.
"Your father might call you again, Genieva. Stop that," si Lexie naman at agad akong kumalma.
I can't literally focus now!
Damn it!
"He was just too irritating. Nakakainis," I said and just closed my book.
Just because they are already finished on the activity they can laugh their ass off now?
Ugh. The hell they are.
Mamaya ko na lang tatapusin itong activity.
Wala na ako sa mood.
