Sawyer My body was still shaking from the three heart attacks I just had as I saw my mate fighting with the rogues. The small sense of relief filled the gaps of anger and fear I felt when I watched Violet walk away from the grotesque scene. I turned to my warriors with a murderous look on my face, my eyes going yellow in anger that was making my body shake as a roar left my mouth. I was going ballistic! The blood was boiling in my veins with the memories of my mate fighting the vicious monsters alone. The pride and strong feeling of appreciation filled my body. Violet was indeed incredible. Strong and powerful, courageous and fearless. She bloomed right in front of my eyes. But, I was angry. I was angry with her for risking her life. Even more so, I was more scared, petrified.
