“Who is he really?” someone murmured near the edge of the hall, trying to keep their voice low but failing.
“I heard he bought out the entire Dorne estate in a single day,” another guest whispered back, eyes full of confusion and fear.
“No, that’s not right,” a third voice cut in quickly. “He’s probably just some silent investor. People are exaggerating things.”
The rumors were beginning to grow louder when Leon calmly stepped forward, walking straight into the center of the banquet hall as though he belonged there more than anyone else.
Anna’s heart gave a small jolt the moment she saw him.
