Laura Grace/Gracie/LG – POV
“CHIEF!” I hear as I start to roll over, but feel an arm constricting me. I open my eyes to see Max holding me and smiling.
“Just be quiet. They will stop and go away.” He says softly as he kisses my forehead. I smile and nod.
“Gracie!” Lizzie calls as I hear the downstairs door open. I look at Max confused.
“What is she doing here?” I whisper as there is a knock on the door.
“Gracie, sweetie I need you out here, NOW!” Wow Lizzie used her Alpha tone. I jump up as Max throws me his shirt from last night from the floor. I put it on as I walk to the door. I hate this compulsion crap. She has only used it on me one other time, I was on a call and she made me hang up.
