Chapter Thirty-One ~April 21~ Bee was singing as Bel played the piano the following afternoon when the footman came in to inform them that Lord Conway wished to have a word. “Please send him in,” Bee requested. “And I will leave,” she added after he’d gone. Bel giggled. “Good afternoon,” the gentleman said, coming into the music room. He shook his head and laughed. “I think it will take some time to get used to seeing you two together.
