Jack. The living room is dimly lit as I sit in a chair with the balcony door open and the fireplace on low. The cracking and popping sounds of the fire occasionally fill the room. With my head lowered, my mind swirls with uncertainty while my heart longs for Anna. I look out at the night, emotions I can’t quite wrap my head around all mixing together.
