I've never been in such a state of shock in my life.
I think if it weren't for Thiery's touch on my cheek, my eyes would have cramped and remained wide open, staring at him unblinkingly.
"W-what is that?" I could only whisper, staring at the pointed, white ears with gleaming silver strands in the middle of Thiery's head.
I was shaking and my knees were weak. What I saw wasn't something so frightening as to make me faint, as I'm not someone who gets scared easily, but it felt more strange and impossible to me.
