ANNE'S POV
The next day, I woke up and prepared for work before heading to Nic's room.
When I got there, she was still asleep but opened her eyes on seeing me.
"You're leaving for work already" She asked drowsily while yawning.
"Yes thank you so much for helping me out." I said, picking up the manuscript from her table.
"You're welcome. Have a nice day at work." She shouted behind me as I rushed out of her room.
I headed downstairs and grabbed a sandwich from the kitchen that Lydia had made for me and went to work.
When I got to the office, Flora was already around.
"Anne were you able to finish it." She said, hurrying over to me.
Opening my bag, I brought out the finished copy of the manuscript and handed it to her.
