“Thirty Two”
Kam heard a scream outside Ram's office right after he realized his brother had collapsed on the floor. Ignoring the sound outside, he immediately called an ambulance to help his brother. He then sent a message to their father.
The door opened harshly and Kam was met with the horror in Alden's face. Alden Richards is Ram's secretary. "Mr. Kamon, it's doc Boon---Oh my god!"
The secretary found the state of his boss and rushed to his side. Kam had laid Ram's unconscious figure on the long couch.
