“Don’t dare to move!” Ted walked away, but the gun was still pointing at Allen. He secured the gun on his back when two armed men entered the laboratory door. He shouted at the top of his lungs and his voice echoed throughout the laboratory. "Lucas!"
Lucas ran and approached Ted. "Boss, the generator had stopped. I think it ran out of crude oil."
"Fool!" Ted lost his temper and slapped Lucas. He was chasing time before the syndicate group learned of Rupert's disappearance. "Didn't I say to you to watch it carefully?" He unleashed another blow to Lucas's chest.
He took the cylinder tube again and pocketed it, and then he turned to Allen. "Return to your cell, and don't dare to run away.".
