The year 1987
A few months later, Ted was looking triumphantly at the reconstruction of the Del Rio mansion. His father's ancestral house where his mother and he were made slaves to serve the original family, but now the mansion and the land property around it were under his name. He improved and expanded it. This would be a paradise for his future family.
But there was sadness and anger in his eyes. The woman he wanted to be the queen of his mansion had rejected him. But he had a pool of women to choose from and no need to force them.
One day, in Ted's office, he was sizzling with anger. "What does it mean that you will withdraw your investment, Arthur?"
