Flight Test
Testing the metal coffins demonstrated that the long term confinement was detrimental to the subjects’ survival and good health, so the plan to ship slaves as cargo was abandoned and more common accommodations were designed. As promised by the new business partners of The System, the aged, but totally refurbished and re-engined DC-10 was well appointed for the intended cargo. Without being too ostentatious or looking like an aircraft junkyard reject, LKWYH was configured for only two classes of cargo: voluntary and involuntary. The accommodations for the former group were on the edge of ridiculously luxurious, with single, fully reclining seats, satellite TV, internet access, a stupendous music library and an equally impressive inventory of videos and films.
