I had a few more matters I needed to attend to for the day, but Silver was an absolute mess without Celia nearby. I sat back in my office chair and sighed as I tried to calm my wolf and remind him Alpha Xander would do a good job protecting my mate.
A loud commotion filled the halls outside my office, causing me to sit straight again in my chair and listen.
"Come on; it's my turn to hold Luna now," Jordan's voice whined loudly.
"Come on, Xander, you can't hog Luna all day," Jordan's voice echoed again.
"I can walk, you know," Celia's voice squealed loudly as I stood up from my office chair.
"No one is allowed to hold mate but me," Silver grumbled inside me.
