The whole field was quiet except for a few whispers, some pack members asked the others why they suddenly gasped. Those that saw what Melisa did were still in shock. They were expecting to see how I would react to her disrespect.
I walked up to her calmly. Lucian was quick to rush to her, he began to yell at her and I raised my hand to stop him. This was between me and her. We could have been civil about this but it's like being civil wasn't her thing.
I reached close to her she gave me a daring look and Lucian's gaze shifted between the both of us.
"You don't need to fight my battles Lucian I can take care of this disrespected she-wolf myself. And I ain't doing this because I want to win you over, this will just be a lesson to everyone that I do not take disrespect lightly.
