Beau floated on a cloud. Her body felt weightless. The last thing she remembered was the sound of snap, crackle, and popping as strong fingers released pressure from somewhere deep inside her. With the release of the pressure came peace. Her eyes closed and she fell. She wasn’t afraid of the fall. It was always how her dreams began.
