Tina's eyes widened in shock. "What? Why didn't you tell me this sooner?"
Charles shrugged. "Would it have stopped you from taking the pill?"
Tina hesitated before asking, "Are you certain it'll wear off by tomorrow morning?"
"The effects last exactly 24 hours," Charles reassured her. "Just wait it out, and you'll be back to normal."
Tina's curiosity got the better of her. "Where did you get this magical pill? Do you have more? Can I have five more to, uh, experiment with?" Her eyes sparkled with mischief as she fired off question after question.
