“I guess it's a win-win situation; you've to enjoy Moscow's nightlife, take your mind off family matters. and I'd be free from that bastard's pestering. It's a favourable deal.” came the reply, casual, but with an undercurrent of urgency.
Charles raised an eyebrow, his expression, skeptical. “ A good deal you say. Except for that, what other benefit am I going to enjoy?”
"Using me as a shield against this playboy's advances doesn't exactly work in my favor," Charles pointed out. "He'll see me as a obstacle and do everything in his power to eliminate me from the picture. You understand the implications?"
