  She should have let him walk away. She should have taken his cold dismissal and swallowed it like she always did. But something inside her snapped.   She hurried after him, reaching out and grabbing his wrist before she could stop herself. "Wait."   Ethan froze and Lydia's fingers tightened around him, desperation slipping into her voice.
