Laraine quite enjoyed her night after her successful enaction of revenge, part one. As she had thought in the hospital, she was done being the damsel in distress. It was time for her to stand up and get back at everyone that had wronged her which was everyone at this point. She was completely alone in this world, but she was strong enough now to face her haters.
Hale picked her up from Cathy’s house in the evening. When she got inside the car, Hale gave her an indescribable look which seemed like one of disbelief and disapproval.
“Hale, what do you want to say?” asked Laraine, in a soft tone.
