I had a meeting with Mr. Vishram today. I was at the office twenty minutes earlier. I hadn't seen Dan ever since that first day, and I was strangely beginning to get worried. I asked around, and I was told that he went on sick leave and he informed Aunt Jema.
Aunt Jema was the next in command after me, so she was aware of Dan, and she was the one who granted his sick leave.
Thirty-five minutes later, Mr. Vishram walked into the office. I heard a lot about him before this meeting. He was a short man with a hot temper who didn't like being delayed in any way. The hypocrite! He came in exactly fifteen minutes later, and he didn't even inform me that he'd be late.
