“Your wife has been stressed lately, Mr. Edward. She's fine, there's no cause for alarm, but you should watch out. She's at risk of having hypertension if care isn't taken, though she doesn't have it yet. Please, take proper care of her. From what I observed, she's been through a lot lately.”
“Thank you, doctor. I will heed your words.”
The doctor left immediately and the room was quiet. We were the only ones in the room, but the silence was beginning to get awkward.
“How are you feeling?”
“I'm alright, Edward. I'm fine.” She responded curtly.
