Jordan decided to do what Kim wanted. He held her hand and walked with her out of the room. It was pitch dark outside and the noise of the wind howling was all over the place.
Jordan wanted her reaction so badly and he crossed his fingers hoping for one but it did not happen. Kim barely said a word.
Kim felt that this was literally a movie. She had not expected to get out of this alive. It feels like she has been given another chance to live and this fact made her so excited.
Anyway, she did not show it to them. She did not trust them and most importantly she did not want to mention something that might end up changing their minds.
Kim didn't care that she was making them anxious each passing minute when she failed to react to their confession. She was not going to say anything.
