Felix looked down at his feet, feeling ashamed for revealing what seemed to be a very well kept secret. He couldn't believe that he hadn't noticed that Jasper was unaware of the fact that Llyrian was his mate. It wasn't like Llyrian was going out of his way to hide it. Any werewolf who saw them together would automatically be able to tell. Especially considering how cold and harsh Llyrian was to everyone else in comparison to Jasper.
"You are Llyrian's mate," Khione repeated Felix's words when Felix wouldn't dare to do so again. He was already sure that Llyrian was going to kill him when he found out. He did not want to confirm it and make things worse for himself.
"Y-You're joking!" Jasper gasped, his face looking as if he had seen some sort of ghost. "How is that possible?"
