I'm so exhausted. Schoolworks, projects and more and I can't get enough rest. Apollo my boyfriend is busy being the CEO of his company but he still makes sure to be home with me every night. It's just been over 3 years since we started dating, I thought I was going to graduate high school by now but alas it seems that I still am not.
Gusto ni Mommy na i engage Ako sa anak nang kaibigan niyang isang Mafia.
Like hello? Mafia yun baka patayin ako. Gusto ko pa maging engineer!
When I think about graduation, I feel like I could cry.
We've been together for three months now, I've already graduated and now I'm on my way back to college to finish my last year at Yale. But before I do, I need to go to Princeton because I wanted to play in a volleyball team there.
My mother has been pushing me about playing sports ever since I was little but I'm not really into it. I don't really see myself doing any sports or running around playing volleyball as an adult either. I want to go to college to learn engineering and then design some of the things we build here at Yale. I also know one day I'll be designing things in Silicon Valley as well. I hope.
The drive to Princeton was quite boring though; I kept looking out the window. I'd seen a few people from Yale on campus during my tour of the city but that was it. We made our way to the Princeton University campus which was quite big; it had an old university building and a beautiful lake. As I got off the car I couldn't help but stare at the sky as I waited for Apollo to come pick me up.
He said he would, I didn't bother waiting long before someone pulled up to take me. I got in the passenger seat and buckled up.
"Hey babe." He smiled at me.
"Hey Babe. How was your meeting?" I asked. He looked surprised but answered with a smile.
"Pretty good, they offered me a job and it pays better than working with my grandfather in the business world so who knows? Maybe I'll stay in New Yorkafter all." He kissed me softly and took his hand away from the wheel to run it through my hair.
Doon nagsisimula ang sakit na nararamdaman ko alam kung maghihiwalay na naman kami nang Ilang taon.
After what seemed like forever, we finally arrived at the dorms. They were fairly large for such a small college and when I saw my room, I felt my heart break. The whole place was white walls with dark grey furniture in the corner. There was a queen sized bed pushed against the wall beside me and a desk next to that. A dresser filled with clothes sat at the foot of the bed and I immediately began unpacking everything I brought with me. I wasn't particularly excited for this place so I knew I needed something to make myself less lonely. And that's what I found.
