Chapter 3: Mate

I was deep in sleep when I felt someone gently shake me and call my name.

"No I'm comfy here," I mumbled sleepily

I felt the chuckle from the body I was lying on.

"Come on Baby, we are here. You gotta get up so I can take you to your new home," Said the seductive voice.

Thats went I remembered the events of last night. I sat up excitedly and threw my arms around my mate.

"Ok baby lets go," I said with glee.

We got out of the car, and looking around I could tell we were in a court yard. Half of it was encompassed by a large wall and the other pristine gardens. Maddox lead me towards a tower within the wall. We walked through a stone doorway at the base on the tower and up the stairs to a large room.

"This is my room, I mean our room," Maddox chuckled nervously pushing open the door.

I walked in before him to find a large room, with a king size oak bed, large wooden desk in the corner and an walk in robe and ensuite off to the side. Maddox followed my around the room as I explored. I found the robe half empty and smiled to myself. He was waiting for me.

"Baby its late, we should shower and hop into bed," Maddox said

"Ok baby, I'll shower first." I said giving him a small peck on the lips and heading into the bathroom.

I took the longest shower on my life. I was panicked about everything. I washed my body and hair at least five times each and then I shaved almost every hair off my body. I finally got out of the running water and wrapped myself in a towel. Thats when I realised I hadn't brought and clean clothes with me into the bathroom. Walking back and forth I tried to figure out what to do.

The door suddenly opened just a crack and a hand reached in with just a shirt.

" Babe, I haven't brought your stuff up yet just wear my shirt," Maddox said.

I grabbed the shirt and shut the door quickly. I dropped the towel and put the shirt on. Maddox's scent filled my nose and I felt calm and relaxed, but more than anything incredibly turned on.

I opened the door and walked out. Maddox was sitting on the bed with just his jeans sitting on his hips. I couldn't help but stare. He was incredibly toned and had the 'V'.
