"I'll get going now," I smile at a drunk Megan, which was a remarkable sight, dancing like crazy. I literally could feel the embarrassment on Liam's face. "Sure. I'll see ya," Megan slurs stumbling just for Liam to catch her. "Bye, you both," I wave and turn to walk towards the exit. "G'bye. Drive safe," I hear Liam calling to which I just nod and keep walking. Though, it's a first, but I can't wait to get home. I finally get to leave the people and alcohol behind. Going to the lift, I enter and press B for basement. Just as the lift hurls me out, I step out and put my guard up since it's eerily calm in here. Walking towards my car, I take the key out but this feeling of being followed is nagging me in the head. I jerk towards the sound of the foot steps and was about to go all Jackie Chan but the familiar voice stops me. "Woah. Easy there," Liam raises his hands as if surrendering. "You almost getting beaten by a girl. That's two in a same date," I devilishly smirk before continuing, "What do you want?" He chuckles lightly and takes a phone out of his pocket. My phone. "You dropped your phone in there," he nervously says handing me the phone and my lips twitch up in a smirk. "Don't worry. I won't file a stealing report against you," I say as I take my phone back seeing how his eyes furrowed. "I saw you taking it out of my purse," I tell him making him laugh. "Uh. I'm sorry, it was a wrong move," he says then smirks, "but atleast it got you my number." Shaking my head in amusement, I bid him goodbye and turn towards the car. I'm about to unlock the door but a tap on my shoulder halts me to a stop. "I'll honestly beat you this time, Liam," I start turning around to face him but a loud thud echoes followed by fricking pain seeping in my head. Crap. I squint to focus my blurry vision on the bald man as he presses a cloth on my nose. Despite the pain and dizziness, I try my best to wriggle out of his hold but I have to inhale when my lungs are out of oxygen. Darkness slowly pulls me in and my last thought before giving in is to make this b***h regret coming for me. •~•~• A splash of cold water jerks me away from the blackness. A growl escapes my lips as I open my eyes only to shut them back due to the bright light. I move my arms and legs only to find the rope restraining me. "She's awake," I hear a gruff low pitched voice say. After blinking my eyes to adjust to the brightness, I take in the same bald man who kidnapped me standing beside a short redhead with curly locks. "Thanks for stating the obvious," the redhead rolls his eyes before eyeing me closely. "I think I know you," he squints at me. "You think?" the bald man cockily asks. Turning to him, the redhead raises his brows, "Yeah?" "She's Mia.... The Mia Weaver, dumbass," he rolls his eyes crossing his arms while I focus on looking around the room. My eyes fall on the window and I internally smirk planning my escape and rubbing my wrists together to get rid of the rope while they are busy bickering to and forth. "I knew it. I knew I was gonna be rich," the redhead chirps excitingly clapping his hands. "You're gonna regret taking me," I finally speak up smirking at the two dumb f*cks. Their heads jerk towards me, their eyes narrowed with an amused smile on their faces. "You're gonna make us regret it, sweet cheeks?" the bald man scoffs leaning in. Taking this as an opportunity, I give one last push freeing my hands from the rope and pulling him in a headlock. He tries to wriggle but soon knocks out from the lack of oxygen.  Snapping his neck, I throw the body away and push myself back to get rid of the chair. I fall back and as expected, the chair breaks and I'm finally free. Standing up, I smirk at the horrified expressions on redhead's face, "You're next." He takes out a knife out of his boot and plunges it towards me but I duck in time to dodge it. Running towards him, I jabbed him in the face. The sound of bone cracking echoes followed by a train of curses from the redhead as he holds his bleeding nose. Kicking his knee cap, I rush to pick his knife as he limps down and holds his broken knee, groaning in pain. "Please, don't kill me," he pleads on all fours. I scoff at his words and after kicking him in the abdomen, I stab him in the heart. Blood spurts out of his wound and I watch how he takes his last breath before closing his eyes.  Sighing, I notice my phone, watch and jewelry is gone. But instead of grieving for my favorite diamond necklace, I rush and jump out the window only to see the setting sun.  Crap. How long was I out for? Focusing on the task at hand, I sprint of in the way opposite to the dark building, that is into the woods, making sure no one follows me out here. I keep running until my lungs are out of breath and my body is dripping in sweat. The dress I was wearing was torn from the twigs and branches I caught while I was running, but I was nowhere near population. The lack of energy was making me weak and the blood loss was making me dizzy. I curse as I fall over a branch and go rolling past the trees until the last thing I saw was darkness.
